1. Scope
These T&C apply to all services provided by 20XV GmbH, Dollikerstrasse 68c, 8707 Uetikon am See, Switzerland.
2. Subject of Service
All products and services from 20XV provide an AI-based platform for generating images and videos. Use of the platform for generation is free of charge. Costs only apply when the user actively chooses to purchase generated content.
3. Purchase Process and Payment
- Shopping Cart: The user selects individually generated content and adds it to the shopping cart.
- Payment: Payments are processed via Stripe.
- Formation of Contract:The contract is concluded upon clicking the "Purchase" button (or similar) and successful completion of the payment.
4. Ownership and Copyright
Upon full payment, 100% of the data is owned by the user.
5. No Refunds and Exclusion of Withdrawal Rights
Since the content consists of digital goods created based on user interactions and can be reviewed before purchase:
- There is no right of return.
- Money-back guarantees are excluded, as the user only pays for content they have explicitly selected and approved by adding it to the cart.
6. Limitation of Liability
20XV assumes no liability for the accuracy of the AI-generated results or for any infringement of third-party rights resulting from the user's specific prompts (inputs).
7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Meilen/Zurich, Switzerland.
